Six Weekly Zoom sessions to inspire you and give you a lift in these challenging times. 

With Counsellor and Life Coach, Susan Browne in association with Buds Family and Community Resource Centre, Ballyduff.
Every Wednesday morning at 11 am for one hour starting Wednesday 4th of November, 2020 for Six weeks. 


You will learn: 

– Ways to bring structure into your day if you’re feeling at a loose end – giving you a sense of purpose. 

– Mindfulness techniques.

– How to bring more harmony into your relationships.. when family are driving you bananas!

– An introduction to meditation.

– An introduction to EFT tapping for stress relief.

– Techniques for tackling negative and worrisome thoughts. 

– Great ways to combat loneliness. 

– Approaches to keeping in good shape when we’re stuck indoors. 

– Ways of managing school and COVID worries.

– ..and more. 


You will need:

– a phone/tablet or computer with Zoom installed on it (this is free =
– Wifi or data for the call.


These sessions are free of charge, with an optional suggested donation of €5 per session or €25 for the six sessions.
**There is no obligation to contribute.**

How it Works

The course is run weekly over six weeks. You don’t need to attend each session and can dip in and out, but please note, the sessions are not recorded so there is no replay available.
A new zoom link will be emailed to you each week – if you can’t find this please check your spam or junk folder.
